• We ordered veal that ended up tasting terrible. The server promptly removed the veal from the table (minus the one bite I tried) and offered me another dinner. They were out of the 8 ounce filet, which is what I originally wanted, so I politely declined. The bill arrived and we were charged for the veal. We spoke with the owner Steve who refused to refund the $24.00 for the price of the veal-he also explained that he never authorized a replacement meal for me being unsatisfied with my first meal and that we were to pay for uneaten meal and that it was no fault of his that I wasn't pleased with my food. We offered to pay for the salad and potato that I had consumed but he insisted that we pay for the veal as well. He was rude and didn't seem at all concerned about me being dissatisfied or about forcing me to pay for a meal that was uneaten. We will NEVER eat at Zamberletti's again. (courted, 03/07/2009)
